1968 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 396

1968 Chevy Chevelle SS tribute with a super healthy 396 and a Muncie M20 4 speed. Clean title in hand. There is NO rust, NO blisters and NO rot anywhere on this car. It is straight as an arrow and all the lines are excellent. Paint is in excellent shape and this car is NOT a bondo bucket. It has a couple minor paint chips, nothing major that takes away from the body and the condition. The underneath of the car is beautiful, solid and rust free. The frame and floors are in perfect shape, trunk is solid and clean. It comes equipped with power steering and power disk brakes. The car has been gone through from front to back and has a clean bill of health. Everything works as it should and all mechanicals are 100%. It runs and drives like brand new, it goes straight down the road with no pulling no vibrations and no weird noises. This car is an ANIMAL and pulls like a freight train, very fast and loud car. The exahust sounds AMAZING. The Chevy Rally wheels are in excellent shape and the rubber is like new with about 90% tread left. The front and rear bumpers are brand new, the stainless and chrome pieces are all in good shape (some pieces are original to the car and has a little pitting but nothing major. All the weather striping is also brand new (all window seals upper and lower, door seals, trunk seal and cowl seal is all new). The interior is excellent, the upholstery was done recently and is in beautiful shape, no rips. The dash is brand new, the door cards are in excellent shape with no rips, the carpet is new and the headliner is perfect (the dome light cover is off in the picture but it does come with the car, we were changing the bulb). I would call the interior a 9.5 out of a 10. All the glass is very nice, no issues there. The motor was rebuilt 10 years ago professionally and only has a few thousand miles on it. The car starts right up no problem and is very very healthy, it runs super cool even on hot days while sitting in traffic. The rear end is a Chevy 10 bolt. No smoke, no ticks or knocks, no weird noises what so ever. The brakes work perfect and have plenty of life left. The car goes straight down the road and the front end is tight. If you hit the brakes you stop straight and it doesn’t pull you to the right or left. This Chevelle is a very nicely done tribute and is an absolute blast to drive.
